1. Our Commitment to Copyright

DailyOTT.in respects the intellectual property rights of all content creators, studios, distributors, and streaming platforms. We are firmly committed to complying with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and its equivalents in other jurisdictions.

This site operates as a release information aggregator — similar to a TV guide or film database. We publish factual metadata about movies and series that are officially available on licensed streaming services. No copyrighted content (video, audio, subtitles, scripts, images) is hosted, reproduced, or made available for download on this site.

2. What DailyOTT.in Does and Does Not Do

We DO:

• List titles of movies and series that are legally available on OTT platforms
• Publish release dates, streaming platform names, genres, and language information
• Link users to official streaming platform homepages for further discovery
• Aggregate publicly available release announcements from official platform communications

We do NOT:

• Host, store, or stream any video or audio content
• Provide download links for any copyrighted material
• Link to unofficial, pirated, or unauthorised streaming sources
• Reproduce copyrighted images, trailers, scripts, or artwork without authorisation
• Facilitate, encourage, or assist in any copyright infringement

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorised agent and you believe that any content on DailyOTT.in infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice in accordance with the DMCA.

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered)
3. Identification of the specific material on DailyOTT.in that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (e.g., the URL)
4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner

4. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent:

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

5. Counter-Notice

If content you submitted was removed in response to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the removal was in error (for example, because the content is not infringing or because you have authorisation to use the content), you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which DailyOTT.in may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, DailyOTT.in has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, users or contributors who are repeat infringers.
